I couldn't not pass this one on... Lake front, on Green lake (fly your seaplane in to your own dock) - vendors seem to be more realistic about the current market. Reduced over $200k to the $1.59M mark. It's a 6/49 purchase for me, but then again you never know!

Hello from this year’s 10th annual Telus ski and snowboard Festival. The Village has been a busy little place since Friday and continues to be until this Sunday. Some great live music at the base of the mountain and thought-provoking art, photos and films on at the conference centre. As we wrap up the first quarter of 2011, I would like to review the current sales year to date:
January: 36 Sales
February: 42 Sales
March: 48 Sales
This gives us a total of 126 sales compared to 96 for first quarter of 2010, and 77 for the first quarter of 2009.
